- BRBill RussellDec 15, 20251.0Walked in the store wasn’t greeted at all walked around for about five minutes the a lady asked did I need some help I explained to her what I wanted and I wanted to pay cash an older white guy off top said it got to be cash so I proceeded to check out and she was like it gotta be cash I didn’t understand why my Navy federal credit card wasn’t good enough to process my payment I felt like it was racial discrimination I shouldn’t be stereotyped in a store

Upon arrival we found what we wanted bc we checked the stock on their website. So we asked if we could buy the set we picked out and the girls response was she cant sell anything bc she just started and her manager told her she couldn't sell anything . So we asked for the manager only to find out the girl was running the store on her own. So we drove 45 minutes hauling a trailer to get told we couldn't purchase anything. Just bc she was new and left at a store to run on her own. Moral of the story go to valdosta or elsewhere . We did purchase one in valdosta and had a great experience.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
