- RMRobert MMar 7, 20261.0Do not order anything from Lowes. They will setup a delivery, send you text messages that they are on their way and no show, but you will receive a text saying, "Your delivery has arrived". When you call their customer service they will say that no one was home and they tried to call...all of it not true. Looked through the video of my driveway and front door, no one but me looking to see if they just dropped it and ran off without picking up the old item. Looked at my phone for missed calls, unless Lowes is trying give me a $50,000 loan, then nothing there too. Customer service was no help, couldn't even reschedule or try to make it right. I understand that things happen, but I will not do business with a company that promotes making their customers look like they are the problem, when it is them. The funny thing about this is that they did this exact thing to me two years ago. So, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me... NO MORE SHAME ON ME....No more Lowes!

- IVits VastDec 29, 20252.0We payed for the installation for our washer and dryer. We noticed it was not drying our clothes so I looked behind to see why the issue was. This was way too big of a cut. The installers were great it’s the customer service over the phone that is the issue. I now have to go buy a new tub and tape. No refunds, on anything. Extremely dissatisfied. The only option is to take a half day off of work for them to come look at it.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
