The facility was clean, organized, secure, and clearly managed with pride and professionalism. It is rare these days to find a business that makes you feel like a valued customer from the very beginning. James is the definition of top-tier professionalism and easily the highest standard of customer service I have experienced anywhere. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and every detail was handled perfectly. His attitude was positive, uplifting, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much James truly cared about helping rather than just completing a transaction. That level of integrity and personal attention is uncommon and deserves recognition. If every business had someone like James leading the customer experience, the world would be a better place.   Very clean units, convenient remote access, and awesome customer service. James is the BEST!!! Make sure to stop in the Suwanee location, if you're in need of a clean place to store your goods.

  I initially had a good experience with Extra Space Storage - the facility was clean, secure, and the move in process was smooth. However, over time, my monthly rate kept increasing. Despite being a loyal, long term customer, there was no flexibility when I reached out to discuss the pricing. Unfortunately, it felt like a classic bait and switch: attractive initial rates that gradually climb without much recourse. Because of this, I ultimately decided to move my belongings elsewhere. If you’re considering storing here, just be aware of the potential for rate increases down the line and plan accordingly.
