I bought a piece for my sink. The parts threads were too short. Went to bring back to get one longer, I was told couldn't accept it because it was installed because it was wet!! Yet, a few months back. There was a toilet in a beat up box and it was broken and had parts missing, yet it was returned! Not happy with this at all but I will be taking my business to Home Depot from now on! At least they ask if they can help you!

I love Lowe's, but I have been looking elsewhere since they started limiting the veteran discounts in the past few years. I'm writing today because of a terrible experience. I created a curbside pickup order the day before for a single can of spray paint. By noon the next day, they couldn't be bothered to pick the item to have it ready for me. I wanted curbside because I didn't want to hassle taking my toddler into the store. The item was available on the shelf. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one could find one and customer service was too busy. Again, great store, just a bad single experience.

We got a Frigidaire Oven/Stovetop from Lowe's. It was delivered. The product is excellent and the delivery service was top flight also. "Steven" was the delivery and install guy and he was on time, very courteous. Took care of everything. We did not have to lift a finger. Excellent job.
