  I’ve been coming to this laundromat for a while now, and overall it’s been a positive experience largely because of the outstanding customer service from a young lady named Amanda. She is always kind, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Her professionalism and friendly attitude are a big reason I continue to return. However, I feel it’s important to address a serious concern. On days when another employee, Laura, is working, the experience is completely different—and unfortunately, not in a good way. I have personally experienced disrespectful behavior from her, including being ignored when I needed assistance and seeing her roll her eyes at me and other customers. That kind of treatment is disappointing and unacceptable in a customer service environment. What upset me the most was a recent situation where I needed help getting my belongings out to my car. I am 62 years old and have bad knees, and Amanda was kind enough to step in and assist me. However, Laura intervened and stopped her from helping, which left me struggling and feeling dismissed. I don’t like to complain, but I believe in speaking up when something isn’t right. Amanda sets a wonderful example of how customers should be treated, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure all staff provide the same level of respect and care. Enough is enough—customers deserve better.

  Today is my first time vising this Laundromat and I absolutely love the customer service that i recive today. The worker explained to me how the washer and dryer work and how simple is to use the app or the paymen center. She realy took her time to make soud easy and simple. Thank you Laura. This Is Definitelt My New Place To Do My Laundry.

  There’s a short woman there that her attitude sucks. I was told she was a manager but doesn’t show that she does any work. I’ve been having problems with the app and when I requested help the solution she gave to another worker was to call the bank. Her name is Laura. I don’t know what her problem is but I never want to come and wash when she’s there. The service won’t be so great dealing with her. Amanda needs to become a manager verses her. Please note no one has yet to help with my app to make things easier for me

  Used Speed Queen for an oversized comforter. Very nice establishment. 10/10 customer service. There is an app and you can get a reloadable card but also can run a load with out either using the payment center directly.
