- ASAngelena SmithDec 20, 20253.05 stars to the staff. I wanted to give 4 stars because the staff is always pleasant, however I had to rate base solely off of my complete experience. The temperature is definitely controlled based off of the weather, so while it was freezing outside, it was freezing in the indoor storage as well. The lighting was horrible, but they finally fixed it by my move out date. When I moved out there was no dumpster on sight, so I left 3 small boxes in which the next day the staff called to tell me that if they had to get rid of it, it would cost me $50 even though, there was nowhere for me to get rid of it. So, I had to travel back down there to dispose of it. There were huge dead spiders found in my unit that I assume died when it got cold outside. I saw roaches while walking to my unit through the facility. I know that they can't control what ppl bring in there, but I just feel like there need to be pest control services for barriers to be down for people like me that don't have roaches. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but could definitely be a bit better.
