But when I arrived at the location, the office staff Javone showed excellent customer service skills, she was super professional and friendly. She explained sizing, insurance, and cost thoroughly, it was a great experience. The property is well maintained and bathrooms are well lit and clean.

The only thing I would like to improve is locking wheels on the carts- it’s very difficult to unload from the car when the cart wants to roll away. If that was upgraded it would easily be 5 stars for service and cleanliness.
