He was very professional, punctual, explained things with ease, and shared helpful recommendations. 10/10 Both times!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'd also like to give BIG Kudos to the service man, I think his name was Sam( blk man). I did not do survey on him. He came out on 3/17 to service my home inside and out.10/10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Job guys! As you continue the outside/send pictures of visits I'm requesting next inside service 1st week in August please. ~Thanks, Peggy

The tech’s schedule showed us as his last appointment of the day. He did not arrive until after 6:00. My entire afternoon and early evening were wasted waiting on Aptive. If their “agreement” for a “lower” price did not require 12 months I would not continue with their services.

Each time I’ve said no. Today, the rep used the same “we’re already servicing your neighbor” pitch and ignored prior rejections. When I asked him to leave, the response was dismissive. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the company and ensures I would never consider doing business with them.
