This is the worse retail store I have visited in years. It’s not enough to mention that this is the worse Lowe’s location because the atrocities that I witnessed inside the store were horrific. There were repeated intercom pages throughout the whole for customer assistance and there no employees coming to help the customers. I wasn’t the only one who walked out in frustration. Every time a customer needed assistance I kept hearing the same page for the same customer multiple times. I don’t even see Loss Prevention anywhere. This was a new low for me visiting a retail store. It’s very obvious i won’t be here again. This is the last time I wait over 20mins for help at a place where I could potentially spend my hard money.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU MIGHT POSSIBLY NEED ASSISTANCE!!!

I went into Lowe’s to find some plumbing parts, i came across someone named Q, who was fixing up the shelf. I asked her for help to find what i was looking for. She had a NASTY attitude and told me there was none there. I said okay and continued to look. I found a full box in the top of the shelf and pulled it down myself. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I came in specifically for GoBoard planks, but the pallet was high up and required assistance. I asked four different employees for help over the course of 40 minutes, and not one of them followed through or showed any interest in assisting. I eventually had to leave the store empty-handed and frustrated. If you’re looking for help with heavy or high-reach items, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

The level of service at this location is incredibly disappointing, and it is clear that standards have dropped significantly. It is consistently difficult to find anyone available to help, and when you finally do, the experience is underwhelming. Instead of providing quality assistance, the staff often tries to rush you away as quickly as possible.
It feels as if they are hiring people with little to no knowledge of home improvement and placing them on the floor without any real training. It is frustrating to ask a technical question and realize you know more than the person assigned to the department. Management needs to prioritize better training and ensure the floor is properly staffed with knowledgeable people who actually want to help customers. Hopefully, this feedback reaches the right leadership so these issues can be addressed.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
