I went to the Lowe's in Stockbridge to purchase a Wagner paint sprayer because I saw it online for 25% off. When I arrived no one was in the Paint area with the exception of one other customer that had been waiting for assistance. I went to the cashier and they made an announcement that assistance was needed in the paint department. We waited another 10 minutes and again requested assistance. A second announcement was made. Finally after waiting 30 minutes an associate came to assist. Once I got the paint sprayer and rang it up the price was 25% more than the advertised price. I was told by the cashier that the online prices are different than the store price and if I wanted the online price I would have to order it online. I found that hard to believe. I then went to customer service and was told the same thing. I left and immediately drove over to Home Depot. Found the exact same item and showed the Lowes advertised price. Guess what, Home Depot price matched and sold me the paint sprayer at the 25% off price as advertised by Lowe's.

The most unprofessional employees work at this store. I placed an order on DECEMBER 3rd, 2025 for an oven. There were no updates on the order for a whole month so I had to call and check up. They finally reached out and said that they will deliver the item on JANUARY 13th, 2026. When the delivery/installation guy came that morning, he said that the size of the oven was wrong. I immediately called my mom and she told me that that’s the size that she wants because of how the oven holder is made. She told me to tell them to redeliver the oven and she’ll have my dad install it.
I DID NOT HEAR A WORD FROM LOWE’S ABOUT REDELIVERY. I got a BILL from the credit card company wanting me to pay on the oven I have never laid eyes on for two months. I immediately called Lowe’s many times, but the STOCKBRIDGE store does not like to answer calls. I decided to call the installation number and the representative said she would contact the store and call me back. SHE NEVER DID. Smh
I wake up this morning to an email that they’ve cancelled my order out of no where. I waited TWO MONTHS FOR THIS OVEN, YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, and NOW YOU CANCEL THE ORDER I NEEDED FOR 2 MONTHS WITHOUT A WORD? Stop playing with my money and time THIEVES!!!
