Horrible customer service. My husband and I asked for a manager to assist with pricing of outdoor lawn designing stones and NO ONE EVER CAME TO ASSIST!!! We wasted over 20mins of our time. We left everything that we were going to purchase right there on the cart. The Customer service clerk was frightened to even call the supervisor. We went to the McDonough location and received a totally different customer service experience. We will never go back to the Stockbridge location again. We will go where our Time and Money is valued. If we could give this location less than 1 STAR WE WOULD.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
