They were able to get me the storage I needed at a great value with a introductory promo rate for 6 months. I decided to prepay upfront. They explained how the price adjusts in the future so there won't be any surprises. I love the technology and the app that allows me to manage everything. The Last storage company I left were unreasonable after 3 years so they left me no choice but to look for a different company to do business with. Customer Service goes a long way... some companies forget that important fact when conducting business.
