He also said no hard hits on my credit. That was not true. I got hit hard and lost points. If I had known it I would not have, not worth the points when trying to build credit.

They might have been due for a shipment so maybe that's why stock was so low. Great selection inside. Love finding their clearance plants. Employees are friendly for the most part.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
