    Bathrooms are really dirty. Paper and tissue all on the floor. Terrible cleaning. Managers and supervisors need to check restrooms on a regular.

    Dont shop here for appliances. My husband and I bought a dishwasher because ours suddenly broke. We were told someone would contact us to deliver/install it within 24 hours. 3 days passed and no one called, we had to call them. When we did, they told us that the dishwasher we bought was out of stock and had to be ordered. We weren't told that when we bought it. I asked why the salesman didn't say anything, and whether he could see that information on his computer when I finalized the purchase. The person on the phone wouldn't answer my question. This business lies and tricks people to make a sale. There is no transparency at all. It took 3 weeks for us to get the dishwasher we paid 600$ plus 180$ installation fee for. No one reached out to us to explain what happened until we filed a report with the BBB. Even then, the manager was rude and only offered us 100$ in store credit. Im only sharing this here because I wished we had known how shady Lowe's is before buying from them. Take your money somewhere else if you want to be treated fairly and given honest information.

    Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Evidently All Good Plumbing handles the installation with Lowe's. I contacted Lowe's because I needed to have my hot water heater replaced due to it leaking. Initially they said they would have a person out on Thursday from 6-9. Made the appointment and then was told that the person would be out between 6-9 pm. Left work an hour early only to have them call back at 7:30 to say the person would not be able to come out and they would reschedule for the next day between 8-12. Told my job that I would be coming in late. 11:30 they called to say they needed to change to 12-4. Called my job to tell them I would not be able to come in. 4pm came and went. Said they would have someone call me. No call. 5 pm the guy finally shows up. Gives me a quote for $2800 to install a $690 hot water heater.. The guy then tries to call his person so that they could generate a p.o order but is unable to get someone and then explains to me that he's done for the day..smh. And that they would not be able to come till the following Monday..and tells me that they can do it then..WTH. So as I write this at 7pm, Monday... No one has reached out to me that they are going to be here and I still have a busted hot water heater.. unacceptable, unreliable and unprofessional.

    Lowe’s has a stated 48-hour return policy on generators. I purchased a generator on Saturday, 1/24/26, as shown on my receipt, which is time-stamped at 12:12 p.m. I attempted to return the generator on Monday, 1/26/26 at approximately 1:05 p.m.—just under one hour beyond the 48-hour window. The generator was never opened, never unloaded, and remained secured on my truck in my garage. Despite this, the manager instructed the sales associate not to process the return. When I attempted to call back to speak directly with the manager, my calls were repeatedly avoided. I also reached out to customer service and two different representatives explained to me that it was the managers discretion to grant the refund and they didn't understand why I was granted the refund..I was given a case number and the manager still would not grant it! Given the minimal time difference and the fact that the item was completely unused, I found the response unreasonable and unnecessarily rigid. This experience has left a very poor impression, and as a result, I will not be patronizing this Lowe’s location again.
