    Staff in tool rental are unprofessional and uninformed. I was told a proce for a rental, and was charged a complete different price. Service was slow and they could not answer any questions. I will not return to this Lowe's ever again. The Lowes in Lilburn or Home Depot from now now.

    Manager on Duty Jeremy at the Scenic Hwy location is extremely unprofessional, rude and needs customer service training if he is going to be the face of the store when the Store Manager is not there. I went into the store to inquire if a Christmas display was available to be sold. I had already placed 2 separate orders online and both had been canceled due to no stock. The only 2 locations that I knew had outdoor displays available were my closest location on Scenic Hwy and the Alpharetta location which confirmed that they indeed were able to sell their display (They are an hour away). I spoke with Jeremy and told him my situation and that I would rather purchase the display at my local store and he immediately became defensive and said "I don't care what Alpharetta does" He stated that his store manager and Regional Supervisor would only sell their Christmas displays after Christmas or early January and that Alpharetta makes their own decisions. I just walked away to write down the store managers information that was on the wall to avoid further discussion because I could tell that he wanted to argue and escalate the situation. Would love for that guy to get more training because I guarantee I'm not the only customer he has treated this way!

    I made a large purchase today and after the store associate placed the item on a dolly for me to push to check out, I went to the self check out and asked the employee if I would be able to select the special financing offer with my Lowes card on self check out, in which she said yes. I asked her to stay to make sure I select the right prompt. Well after doing everything she said, the charge processed with out it. The employee then tells me I have to go to the customer service desk for a refund and they have to check me out to get the 0% financing offer. Once helped at the customer service desk, who was unable to process the financing too, I told her to disregard the financing offer. The lady employee at customer service, who was very helpful, paged for someone to help with loading the item in my vehicle. No one came for 30 plus minutes, in which she paged 3 different times. A nice young man name Gavin came from behind the customer service desk and said, I got you, and I said I'll pull up to the door, and he said no I'm bringing it to you, where are you parked. He was very kind and helpful and made sure I didn't need anything else, also told me to have a good evening. Thank you Gavin as I was very frustrated and you were awesome. You are a great asset to Lowes and I hope they realize that. Your customer service and kindness was OUTSTANDING👏Let me add 5 STARS to GAVIN ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

    Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this Lowe’s. I bought a brand new Whirlpool washer here that completely failed after only 3 weeks. The Whirlpool technician documented multiple major system failures including motor and stator failure, control board failure, sensor failure, and the door lock not functioning. The washer is completely unusable. When I went to the store for help, an associate repeatedly reassured me that the warehouse would handle the replacement for me. After calling the warehouse, I was told that this was completely incorrect and that they don’t have the ability to make those changes. I have been redirected multiple times, given misinformation, and no one at the store has taken responsibility even though I am still within 30 days of purchase and the appliance has documented major defects. A brand new washer should not require major repairs immediately and a customer should not have to deal with this amount of confusion and runaround just to get basic support. Very disappointing experience and I truly hope management addresses this.
