RJ was working and I have to tell you this is the most patient employee I have ever run across in my life.. I was so happy that he was there. He went over the bill. He thoroughly explained it to me. I witnessed an Extra Space Storage employee off-site at the nearby racetrack, assuming during his lunch, and he handled an extremely hostile situation with an impressive level of professionalism and calm. Another customer was irate and making racist remarks to the employee and the stayed calm, did not escalate, and carried himself with real restraint and maturity. That kind of composure isn’t easy, and it says a lot about his character. If management sees this: please recognize him because he represented Extra Space Storage incredibly well even outside the workplace. Five stars
