He not only was helpful in advising them of their storage size for this need but also advised them of their future storage needs as they look for a home in a different location (again at an extra space storage facility). He is always patient and courteous when answering our questions. The supplies at Extra Space Storage are also high quality and competitively priced. After six months of having my things in storage, I finally made it over to my unit — and honestly, if it weren’t for Quincy agreeing to come help me, I would’ve been totally lost and unable to properly open or close my unit. This was my first time ever using a storage space, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Quincy even learned something new today — Extra Storage has WiFi for its customers! 😆👏 Thank you so much, Mr. Quincy! 😊 (As for Devon… I’mma plead the 5th — and I don’t even drink! 😂😜🫣)
