I verified the address on file and Carol from customer service said it was not the address. Which she repeated it to me later in the conversation and it was the address. However, I never received any mail. No one notified me at the time of service that the rates will be going up. These people are stealing money. The rate they offer you IS NOT THE RATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME. They will not point this out. When you try to call they have only one customer service rep CAROL who is RUUUUUUUUUDE!!!!!!!!! I asked if she would escalate the call she said she couldn’t and no one was available. After screaming at her I finally got her to escalate the call. I had to literally scream.
