  Have only been dealing with Nick a short time but he has been very helpful for us and available when necessary. He and his superior, Tyler , helped us on an urgent situation and we are incredibly grateful for the help. We have recently switched all of our locations under the Pye barker umbrella and we are happy that we have .

  I contacted Pye Barker for a fire extinguisher purchase/install at my commercial business on Abercorn. My call was transferred to a gentleman named Tyler who said he’d email me a quote so we could schedule the service. I never received the email quote and called back twice to try and make this arrangement but both times has to leave a VM which was never returned. Even at the young lady who answered the phone was unable to find somebody at the company who could help me with this simple request. What a waste of time.

  Pye-Barker Savannah Location: 207 West Broughton St Savannah GA Technician David Palermo We had a short in our fire system that was intermittent. 48 detectors were off line and the building was not protected. A competing company was unable to locate the problem. David Palermo met me there Friday afternoon to look at the system. He quickly established that there was a short. Yet with miles of wire, numerous junction boxes, connectors and 3 separate floors of systems, the question was where. He systematically went through every junction box, wire nut and sensor looking for a problems. The entire system was broken down into shorter loops: the basement bar, restaurant, and vacation rentals. He was able to isolate the fault to the restaurant level and then hunted for issue. It was eventually found and localized to the junction box near the HVAC unit. All the connections were redone and put neatly in an extender junction box like they should have been done in the first place. See photos. I was there for the entire time and was very impressed with the attention to detail and the methodical approach to isolating a fault in a very complicated system.
