Useless. It's a box store where you can buy things if you know what you need with zero help, and don't mind checking yourself out because they have eliminated every cashier except the pro desk which is always clogged up. Place is a ghost town, every department devoid of employees, the only place I actually saw employees was when I walked past the break room and the shipping area. If you need help, advice, or can't find something you are out of luck.

Do not buy doors from Lowe's. We purchased patio doors in July. It's now Nov 10th and the installers do not show up. No one calls or cares!
Fully paid, because Lowe's requires full payment before ordering the doors. Management at Lowe's could care less. No resolve!
