  So organized and well stocked . We prefer this one over the one in pooler. Staff always friendly.

  Maybe don't close the entirety of the ONE aisle of Christmas ribbon in the middle of the day. Drove 30 minutes just to get ribbon, the entire aisle was blocked off & the worker was incredibly rude when i asked to grab an item from the shelf... Mind you it was stocked completely. I walked around the store for an entire hour and no progress was even made on "organizing" the aisle as she had told me. Majority of the time the aisle was completely empty. I noticed several other people waiting on this one aisle, as well as MANY other workers restocking/organizing other aisles while also allowing shoppers to shop AROUND them.... like every other store in history.

  Although Hobby Lobby itself is great, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. It smells awful in the women’s bathroom and the toilets look not cleaned at all. There is toilet paper stuffed inside the toilet of one stall, and pee all over the others. The only stall that was useable was the big one, but only after wiping the toilet seat of this nasty brownish substance that I hope wasn’t what I’m thinking. Hobby Lobby is an outstanding place but these bathrooms need lots of work.

  I went when they were having a 50% off sale. OMG in got some much good stuff for holiday decorations.

  I went in to Hobby Lobby a little before closing. I had to pick up a poster board and a hot glue gun, that I couldn’t seem to find right away. Well, I saw a young lady at the end of one of the isles. I said excuse me can you tell me where I can find the hot glue guns? Oh my goodness, she looked at me like don’t ask her NOTHING! It looked like she wanted to roll her eyes. I thought to myself, dang! She told me where to find them but it was the rudeness that I didn’t understand. I just turned around and said okay. I didn’t say thank you like I usually would because it really made me mad. Ever ACTION does not require a REACTION. I just couldn’t believe it. No kind of customer service. It’s ridiculous. To me I’m beginning to see a lot of this behavior in many businesses and it’s sad. If you don’t want to come to work, don’t come and if you don’t like your job and you are miserable. Find another. The young lady who checked me out was very nice. She gave customer service with a smile and I appreciate that. Everybody have things that they are dealing with in life but we have to remember to still be kind to people when you are dealing with the public!
