  Wyatt did a great job replacing our entrance opener yesterday and upgrading the hard drive in our DVR system. He was able to fix our issues and if new ones come up I hope you would send him out again.

  This is a family-owned business that is caring, compassionate and responsive to customer needs. They provide the finest service. I was amazed at how quickly they responded to a recent risky situation, going beyond anything I ever expected to assure a safe resolution. They are honest and reliable. I wish I could give them even more stars. .

  My husband and I tried for months to get a quote from Coastal Empire for a fire door in our downtown Savannah building. While someone named Josh did come out and look at it last August 2016, we never got any information despite several follow ups via phone and e-mail. We even went out of our way and got our own approval from the fire marshal which was the reasoning the first time for not being able to give us a quote right away. The building absolutely needs this fire door and we are so upset with the lack of customer service. It is impossible for me to understand how a business can just not respond to a potential customer. Disappointing. I only gave two stars instead of one because we did enjoy our first experience with Josh. Edit: The company just responded and said they do not sell fire doors. To be clear, this was to secure a fire door already in place to fit fire marshal standards. If this service is not provided, it is unclear why two salespeople would tell us that it is, and why we received the first quote for a service you supposedly don't provide. We did follow up with the quote from the first salesperson, but when we found out he was let go for misconduct, we pursued a quote with a new salesperson, who showed up and said he could provide the service, and that he would speak to the fire marshal and get back to us. But he didn't. Nor did anyone else when we followed up many, many times. We ended up finding a contractor to secure the door who did a fantastic job, and didn't try to sell us a new door. Following up is a basic of customer service. The fact that it took 8 months to reply to this review is also telling. Second edit: The quote was to secure a fire door which you said you could do as a fire and security company. The door already existed. I was not trying to buy a door. The service that I requested was something your salespeople said you provided. I don't know a company's individual arrangements with subcontractors or whether or not they will make money off of something they come to give me a quote for and say they will provide. I did actually call your company multiple times to try to get any sort of yes or no answer, communication, anything. I would have taken no offense to be told it was out of your lane. Our last communication was someone telling us they would follow up with us who did not, and us attempting to get answers after that. Your salespeople told us they could do it. I do not have your personal cell phone number or know your name, so I'm sorry I could only place calls to the number on your website which I did many, many times to try to work this out. Customers often turn to reviews when they have been ignored by a company and the response the company gives is very effective in showing what type of customer service they provide. Being accused of libel and slander isn't exactly customer friendly.
