The turn around was great but the results was laughable. I paid more for the service PRESS ONLY than the dress but yet the bottom of the dress the reason I wanted it pressed is still wrinkled. I'm not even gonna bother with arguing with them about just a simple I WANT BE BACK. 1st picture is before 2nd is after.
