  I only go to the place by my house but this black business has over 10 years of experience and great reviews with a fast turn around. I called ahead for the price to clean my dress and they quoted me at $45. I dropped off my gown at 845a and a little over an hr later got a text saying it was ready. Thought that was odd but I chucked it up to “this is the way they do it”. Show up to pick up my gown later in the day. And it’s full of stains and pins all throughout the gown. The second I paid I saw 2 pins showing through the plastic. I asked why would they stick my expensive gown with pins and the clerk said to hold the dress on the hanger. My dress has 2 under straps so there was absolutely no need to stick pins in my dress to keep it on the cardboard. Once the plastic was off it was full of stains. I said maam what did I pay $50 for if my dress is full of stains? She told me there must have been a miscommunication with what you needed done. I said maam I called ahead for a quote to clean my gown. Requested a refund. She said I had to call first thing Monday. Just got off the phone with the manager and she said the most she could do is $20 refund. How am I responsible to cover a cost in full for a service I never received? They told me I said I wanted a press only. Why would I want a pressed only gown full of stains? I ended up getting everything out with oxi clean. Had I known I could do this at home I would’ve just did it at home. Gas is too high to be driving across town to drop off an item then picking it back up… and paying for a service you never received. -100/10 would never recommend. I literally always check before I pay. But the reviews were great and they have over 10 yrs experience so I didn’t check the bag before I paid. Now I paid and can’t get a full refund. please find another business. If you have no other choice, do it at home. If coming here is your last resort, CHECK BEFORE YOU PAY

  Great locally owned dry cleaners that treats you like family. Clothes looked great, done fast, and at a great price. I have tried every dry cleaners in Savannah and they were 100% without a doubt the best.

  The owners are exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. Prices are really reasonable, and the service was outstanding... 5 stars all day !!!
