Jewel at Sandy Spring’s branch was amazing! We came in around closing time and she took her time helping us and made us feel welcome. She was very helpful, kind, warm and knowledgeable! Lowe’s is lucky I have her!

This is the closest Lowe’s to my house and I pass it several times a week so I stop in to try to buy some things I need. From time to time I need glass for my garage door because my boys break it out with a basketball. I’ve had to replace this glass about four times in the last three years. This Lowe’s has a glass cutter with a paper sign on it that indicates the glass cutter down. The has been there for at least a year and a half. And when I asked the staff about it, they looked at me like I have two heads and I shouldn’t be asking if I could get a piece of glass cut At the store that has a glass cutter and sales glass.

I would like to give hats off to the excellent customer service I obtained from Calvin I believe his name is on this past Sunday 11/2 in the paint department. He took his time with explaining to me the essentials needed to do a project and help me with my paint selection. He gave me great suggestions and I most certainly appreciated it. Also a BIG Shout out to CS rep Ms Vee, she is always working hard when I am there and I always look forward to seeing her. I asked her does she get a day off? lol! Service with a smile and a lot of knowledge of the store products, I can always count on her, keeps me from going to the competitor. Thanks Lowe for your awesome service reps, I hope they are valued and appreciated by the company certainly deserving a reward for their services.
