When comparing to Home Depot, Lowe's customer service is on point. Everyone was so helpful and easy to find. Lane took the time to help me find everything even though they were close to closing. I've also noticed that their prices are slightly better and now find myself checking Lowe's and if it's in the same ballpark I go with Lowe's because of the customer service

Whatever you guys are doing at this store, keep it up! I used to dread coming to this store, the employees didn't seem to want to be there, didn't want to help, and when they did, they weren't knowledgeable. Today was a huge change! Chris in the lumber department, was so kind and friendly and went out of his way to help me, thank you Chris! Then in tile, I had two employees offer to help and seem to genuinely mean it. It was so refreshing!

The location and staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with my online order. The location here deserves a five-star rating;however, my experience I rated at a four due to the difficulties with the online order system. After placing an online order and receiving notification that it was ready for pickup, I arrived at the store and the online ordering system is not properly functioning for curbside pickup. This was an inconvenience, for I ordered curbside for specific reasons. Aside from this, it was a pleasant experience. This won't keep me from going back but I'm not sure if I will do an online order again.
