I came to have large 4’x8’ plywood sheets cut into 1 foot slats so I could get them in my car. The employee (who I will not name) stated “we don’t usually do project cuts” but reluctantly did these for me, for which I was very appreciative.
“How accurate do you need these to be?”
“Pretty accurate into 12” cuts x 8 feet”
Got home and started on my project and the cuts were off ….each by about an inch.
I just wish Lowe’s would employ people who actually know what they are doing vs a million cashiers and sales people trying to push new gutters. Is it too much to ask to have people helping that know what a pocket screw is or how to accurately cut plywood?

I bought a brand new dishwasher in June 2023. I believe I spent about $700 and then another hundred $150 to deliver it another 150 to install it and who knows probably another $80 to take out the old one a year later, a little bit over a year later in December 2024 the found out the dishwasher was not working because it was not installed properly. It was supposed to have screws on four of the sides, but it was only screwed on the two left sides and left the bottom part dangling, and it also did not drain correctly because the drain piece was missing and now the on and off button, the generator is not working. It keeps running and won’t set it off.? It’s just a sad situation and this is probably the reason why people go to Home Depot and not Lowe’s here it is a year later and they still didn’t get back in touch with me and I still have problems with this dishwasher. It was just a waste so merry Christmas to y’all.

Staff were nice but shameful from this Lowes as a whole. We were renting an insulation blower and luckily as we were leaving a guy saw us loading up and said to check it. He had rented one here not long ago and it was broken. Thankfully we checked because they tried to rent the broken one out.
