I used to dread coming to this store, the employees didn't seem to want to be there, didn't want to help, and when they did, they weren't knowledgeable. Today was a huge change! Chris in the lumber department, was so kind and friendly and went out of his way to help me, thank you Chris! Then in tile, I had two employees offer to help and seem to genuinely mean it. It was so refreshing!

The location here deserves a five-star rating;however, my experience I rated at a four due to the difficulties with the online order system. After placing an online order and receiving notification that it was ready for pickup, I arrived at the store and the online ordering system is not properly functioning for curbside pickup. This was an inconvenience, for I ordered curbside for specific reasons. Aside from this, it was a pleasant experience. This won't keep me from going back but I'm not sure if I will do an online order again.
