They did a great job taking in what I needed, hemming to the perfect length, and I loved how the bustle they added too. They also made removable shoulder swoopies for my dress that turned out exactly how I wanted it! Thank you so much!
- EEEmmaMar 10, 20265.0The bodice was too short on my dress and I was panicked on what I could do so it didn't sit so low and awkward. I could not find any answer on Google anywhere for extending the bodice except complete deconstruction and rebuilding the dress. Lace alternations company brilliantly came up with adding horse hair trim which was sheer enough to match but most importantly sturdy enough to stay in place. This extended the top by about half an inch and stayed firming in place. The design also didn’t compromise the sweetheart neckline or lace draping. It was perfect! I paid upfront for the lengthening of the bodice and then never again was charged anything additional despite the team staring from scratch through multiple fabric options across multiple appointments until I was happy with the horse hair. It is an Investment up front but they do not charge additional to make it perfect if you are unhappy they keep going and working appointment after appointment with no limit for perfection. Great customer service from the whole team!

I bought my dress as-is off the rack, so it had a big tear in the train and some fit issues, but they were able to fix it, so it wasn’t noticeable at all. I was also indecisive about adding a bustle, but they were able to add it quickly when I changed my mind a few weeks before my wedding. Very helpful and accommodating staff.
