They did a great job with the alterations. I bought my dress as-is off the rack, so it had a big tear in the train and some fit issues, but they were able to fix it, so it wasn’t noticeable at all. I was also indecisive about adding a bustle, but they were able to add it quickly when I changed my mind a few weeks before my wedding. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Thank you Lace Alterations for all that you did to make my wedding dress absolutely beautiful. Your staff was professional, the facility was clean, and most importantly, you all cherished me and my gown as my big day approached. Every time I came to your store, I felt like a loved Bride. Thank you! Special shout-out to Bibi, she truly stole my heart and we laughed out way through our appointments together.

From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible. They created the most beautiful bustle on my wedding dress and made my reception dress fit perfectly and feel so comfortable. I felt confident, comfortable, and truly beautiful all day and night because of their work. Their attention to detail and care meant so much to me, and I’m so grateful I trusted them with such important dresses. Highly, highly recommend!

I was recommended this place by Wedding Angels Bridal across the street. Many people raved about this place, but make sure you read the low star reviews as well. Be mindful of the pricing. I brought my wedding dress in to be hemmed, bustled, taken in at the bust, and adjust the straps. It was EXTREMELY expensive. My mom and I were absolutely shocked. Even another bride in there at the same time as me told them she was going somewhere else because it was way more than she was looking to spend. I wish I had done the same, but unfortunately I didn't have the time to find another place. For the basic alterations (hem, bustle, bust tightening, and straps) we paid $1,300. We were absolutely sick. I understand alterations being expensive, as I worked in bridal before, but my friend went somewhere else for her dress recently and only spent $500 for the same alterations, and it looked just as good, if not better. Lace Alterations did a lovely job on my dress, but it was not a job that necessarily looked like it was $1300. My hem was uneven (just the front part, where my feet walk was too long), so I tripped over my dress the whole wedding day. The straps had to be adjusted a certain way, and they didn't lay evenly on both sides. Only I would notice that, but still. Pricing like this should be close to perfect work. Oh, but they did throw in free gown pressing/steaming (only if you spend at least $1,000). That was nice, but we are just upset about the cost either way. If you are going for BASIC alterations, I would find somewhere else. If you are going for custom work, this might be the place for you, as that seems to be their specialty, and the pricing would make more sense.
