To save you the effort of scrolling to the bottom of their website: "KeyMe relies on a 3rd party to verify locksmith qualifications, but ultimately it is the customers responsibility to verify locksmith has necessary licensing, insurance and experience for the work being requested." The one who "helped" my family only made the car undrivable and then left. At least he didn't ask for payment. Update based on the generic response below: We have already reached out to them several times and keep getting, "we're sorry this hasn't been handled yet... Someone will be in touch soon" responses. Our car literally won't start now and it seems like no one there cares at all. People's livelihoods often rely on having a reliable source of transportation. If you are one of those people.... Please do not use this company.
