When we asked Marva in the office for assistance, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful—she wouldn’t even get up to show us where to go. Thankfully, Diego went above and beyond to help and turned the situation around. We’ve rented from the Sandy Springs and Vinings locations for years with no issues, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Or maybe Marva is just the problem.
