Went on Saturday, (11/29), at around 1:30pm, and was disappointed by the lack of customer service, especially in the lumber area.
I waited for about 20 minutes before anybody helped me cut some lumber, and was ignored by a tall long-haired white teenage male, and older male in his 40's wearing a supervisor vest, and a tall teenage looking white male who operated the forklift. They all said they would be back, and instead, they were on their phones, smoking, and hugging it out, especially the young white male operating the forklift.
It was very frustrating and disrespectful to a paying customer. Taking my business to THD.
Only adding stars due to the young man who eventually did help (after I walked a long way to find someone).
