However, the consistent issues with the gate are what influenced my decision to move to another facility. There have been multiple instances where the gate failed to work via the app or the keypad. On the day I moved out, the gate would not open, leaving at least five vehicles waiting to get in. While this is one of the nicer storage buildings in the area, paying $110/month and not having reliable access is unacceptable. While employees can manually open the gate during the day, you are essentially locked out if it breaks after office hours. I even spoke with a couple who missed an entire trip because they couldn't retrieve their vehicle after office hours due to the faulty gate. I hope the owners address this for the sake of their remaining customers.

I am one day late on my payment because I have been busy at work and haven't had a chance to call and I am already locked out of my unit. I also went through my emails and found where I signed my lease agreement but when I click on it it won't pull up which seems sketchy.
