I had a very disappointing experience with the paint department at Lowe’s Rincon. I brought in a photo with the exact tint formula codes from a previous custom-mixed color, expecting them to match it accurately.
Unfortunately, the staff (date: 02/27/2026 5:00 pm) didn’t seem focused on their work—they were joking around and not paying proper attention. When I got home and started painting, I immediately noticed the color was much darker than the original, which means it was not mixed correctly.
This was a custom color, so accuracy was extremely important. Now I have to spend extra time and money to fix something that should have been done right the first time. Very frustrating experience.

Went to go use the free air because I had a flat, realized I had a hole and went in and bought a plug kit. I couldn’t do it myself so I recruited the help of an awesome man and he and 2 of his coworkers came out with all the stops to help fix my tire!

This is our favorite location by far! As new homeowners we have become regulars. We have had lots of great employees help us find what we are looking for. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Phillip who went above and beyond to help us find multiple items. Also Ms.Jamie and Ms.Susan helped us at check out and they were both very helpful. We will continue to frequent this location and highly recommend it to others as well.
