    Your self checkout is without a doubt the absolute dumbest thing you have ever done. I do not want to pay your prices to do everything myself. You didn’t reduce your prices for taking away the cashiers. I will shop elsewhere until you bring some cashiers back or go to Ace hardware and be happy about paying a little more, at least there is service!!! Sad state of affairs!!!!

    I hate doing this but I feel it’s necessary for others to hear my story. I feel like I make a weekly trip to either Lowe’s or Home Depot and I spend a lot of money there. Less than two years ago my wife and I purchased an Electrolux washing machine and dryer from Lowe’s in Rincon. It’s a higher end washer and was around $1000. Two weeks ago while doing a load of towels I heard a huge bang and ran upstairs to find the glass door had shattered. I called Lowe’s and spoke with a manager who cared very little and said I have to call Electrolux. I expressed my displeasure with him and his “not my problem” attitude towards my situation. Luckily I bought the extended warranty but even still it’s going to be a month before anyone can come fix it. Meanwhile I’ve been taking a family of 4s laundry to the laundromat and it’s just a major thorn in my side. I’ll never buy another appliance from Lowe’s. They did not care at all. I should have bought a speed queen from living goods on highway 80. update. I called the number from Lowe’s response to speak with someone and all I was told was that I needed to talk to the warranty department. Clearly, I had already spoke with them as they’re scheduled to come to my house later in January to see if they can fix the washer. Complete waste of time. “Sir this is a warranty issue, I can transfer you if you like”….this is not what I was expecting from calling the number they asked me to call.

    I can't say enough good things about C.J. and what an asset he is to the Lowes in Rincon! I came in on a Sunday evening recently and not only was he extremely helpful, but he was incredibly kind and courteous/polite. I've never had a bad experience at this location, and the wonderful staff here make all the difference!

    Bought a stove and dishwasher, had it delivered 12/23/25...as the dishwasher was being carried into the house, I saw water running out from the bottom, and said "hold up, waters coming out". One carrier said " it's going to, it was tested", and continued across the carpet; this is a problem; when lowes installed our carpet, it was not Stain Master, which we had ordered... although we received a partial reimbursement, after Consumer Affairs was involved, we have a cheaper product that stains easily. It requires extra care , and water leaves marks... There needs to be reimbursement for having it cleaned
