This is literally the worst place for service. The associate who helped us tried her best, but could not find any "men" to help. Asked for a manager, none showed. Allegedly all at lunch. So if you do come here. Don't plan on. Picking up anything over 10 lbs because you will get no help. Home Depot here we come.

I had a wonderful experience working with an employee named Ryan in the Appliance section in the Rincon, GA store. I called and spoke with him about details regarding a washer and dryer. Then I came into the store a few hours later. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had for him. I was able to purchase my washer and dryer with him and was out the door within 15 minutes. This is absolutely one of the most seamless transactions I have experienced in quite some time in the retail industry. He went above and beyond and really needs to be commended for such great service. Thank you for hiring such an excellent individual to represent your store.

If you’re looking to buy and install a fence, I strongly recommend looking somewhere else. The process takes months, little to no follow ups, and if you need a permit for your installation they will wait until last minute to even start the request (which takes up to 60 days for approval from your city). Your estimated install date is inaccurate and delivery of your items will continue to be pushed back until your 5th follow up with them over the phone.
