  I have been to this store a few times before. I have been looking to find a table for my breakfast nook. Kaidin Druey Approach me with a kind and welcoming greeting. I had a few questions that she answered well. It was how she handled herself and me that helped me to decide on my purchase. I’m quite sure the reason I made my purchase was because of this person and how she interacted with me. Great store and great people.

  Sales person was very nice. Delivery people were fantastic. Deliveries were extremely late. Furniture quality was fair. If you buy anything they will claim it is a custom order no matter what and you cannot get a refund if you don't like your items for any reason. They do not work with you at all of it involves any form of refund even if their deliveries are very late.

  This is a one week old sofa that was delivered to my home in this condition. La-Z-boy is not taking any responsibility for the craftsmanship of their product. They appeared to be upstanding company until I called immediately after the delivery to request they pick it up and refund my money. Does this look like a customer order of 10k plus to anyone? I didn’t know that I should have unboxed it on the street. I thought La-Z-boy stood behind their products and name, but they don’t. Not one of them would be okay with this elementary school project in their home. Please shop at other places that value you as a consumer. I know they are standing on a policy of custom order, but this is 95% trash. A technician coming to inspect is just a thing to help them appear to do the right thing. Looking at your mistake does absolutely nothing. Potential buyer, do so knowing that you don’t always get what you pay for. This was a very expensive lesson and the most expensive piece of trash I ever bought. AI even sees this crap. I received calls for a technician to come out and inspect the furniture. Once, I decided that I would attempt to give them a chance even though I didn’t think they could ever fix the sofa, I discovered that it has more than one ACK number and tags from Dayton and Michigan, and a sticker that indicates my green custom couch was coffee. This has refurbished all over it.😡

  I enjoyed working with Peggy, she was professional while being warm and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the product line and made the entire purchase experience the best I have ever had in a furniture store. Thank you Peggy!

  Natasha and the designer D. (I apologize for not knowing how to spell her name) were both so very helpful. They spent a couple of hours with us over two visits, helping us to choose a sofa, then a fabric, and design the room layout using the floor plan of a home we’re building. They listened to our preferences, gave us multiple options, and never tried to steer our choices. After looking at multiple end tables, they were fine when we decided not to add them to our purchase. Since we don’t have the sofa and rug purchased yet, I can’t comment on the actual items, but the service in store was outstanding.
