- JDJose Delgado2 days ago2.0Staff is nice and friendly, but gave it a 2 stars cause I rented out a unit here recently but had to get out of there cause of how they like to jack up their prices on you once you’re in there. I originally got a unit at around $150 and had my account set to auto pay, and everything was fine for the the first 4 months. When one day I was just check my banking statements and noticed I had a $250 charge from them. So I checked my emails and the app to see if I missed where they notified me but nothing. When I called and asked them about it they said they sent out post card(I don’t ever recall seeing it), so I asked if next time I could get an email or some kind of notice from there app and they said they don’t do that at the moment. To me I feel like it’s a way for them to sneak a price gouge in there. Also they don’t do a locked in rate, so it’s liable to change every 3 to 4 months.
