Visited the store searching for the small buckets. Didn’t find any so I asked a young woman at the returns desk if they had any. She then looked up from her computer and with a rude smirk on her face replied to my question with “good morning “. She then said it again refuseing to answer my question until I responded back to her with “good morning “. THEN she rudely answered my question very shortly saying “ they all gone” and went back to what she was doing on her computer and ignored me. She was clearly annoyed at having to answer my question and felt it necessary to belittle me and insist I greet her back. Someone needs to teach this woman better customer service! So sorry I came into this Lowe’s and bothered them today.

Came in for a countertop that we couldn't get in store in our hometown Lowe's. Found the countertop we needed. Went to pay and was going to use a gift card from a refund for a prior purchase from a different Lowe's but it didn't work. Store manager made it right even though he didn't have to. We were very appreciative of him going above and beyond.
