    Came in to exchange faucets that was purchased online. The policy that it had to be returned to the card and could not be exchanged and the difference be paid is crazy. We went to the department to look for the faucets we wanted tp exchange for the ones that were already purchased an associate was called for that department but no one ever came just so happen a very nice lady passing by stopped to assist us. She's the reason that i have two stars. The young lady Leah at customer service was rude and a little short tempered. Please apologize to her for us if we irritated her, we just wanted respectful customer service since we love shopping in establishments

    I ordered a Pella sliding glass door with the blinds between glass panels. Paid for it Aug. 6,2025. Asked sales person five times if they ordered the correct door for me the response was yes. Door arrives in July and of course it’s incorrect. I’m glad I caught them before they installed it. They brought back the door to the store only to find out the correct door was never ordered and I had to pay more money.. All this time I’ve had to put a sheet over the door that’s there because we took down all the brackets for the drapes that was there. Door is finally in .. today is November 18, 2025. finally found out today that I cannot get an insulation until December 3. Lucky me I get to go through holidays with a messed up door. we ordered a new door because the one we have does not work properly. I am very upset with Lowe’s. I cannot believe it is taking this long to complete the project. I have spoke to several people, but unfortunately, when it comes to installation, nobody seems to have Control. I had to talk to the installer for him to set the date of December 3 and of course the house is a mess because you have to move everything away from the project area. I was told that I could not complain to corporate until the project is finished so trust me, I will be complaining and it’s not gonna stop with just a Google review. I found out recently that I am not the only person that this has happened to. Praying that everything gets resolved soon and I hope that someone will listen to all of the bad customer reviews that Lowe’s in Pooler Georgia is receiving.

    We just went by the store and had the best customer service ever! Tenea and her colleague (whose name we didn’t catch unfortunately) were so kind and patient. They did everything they could to help us find exactly what we needed, which was no easy thing! Thanks so much again!

    Today was my second time thanks to the VA. Building is always clean and the receptionist are on point. Thank you Libbey for your kind words of encouragement and great work. Safe trip on vacation.
