  This is a fine home improvement store, but the reason I’m giving a one star review is simply because of two situations that involved employees. The first situation occurred when my mother and I were looking at the paint brushes and there were two female workers next to us who were laughing very obnoxiously, which irritated us to the point that we had to leave the aisle entirely. I understand that coworkers tend to joke with each other while on the job, but it comes to a point where you completely disregard other people, especially customers, who are in the same vicinity as you. I would expect Lowe’s employees to maintain a certain level of professionalism, especially when there are other people browsing nearby. The second situation occurred at self checkout. A women asked my father if he had a military discount, to which he responded “yes.” While she was at the register inputting the discount, the women greeted my mother and then proceeded to ask me, a 20 year old woman, “Are you the little one?” in a baby voice. I was absolutely mortified. I have never in my life experienced such blatant disrespect, and I was frankly speechless. I would like to assume that she didn’t mean any harm by it, but that is not how you greet an adult. A simple “Hello, how are you?” is sufficient. I won’t be back.

  Excellent service. They didn't have what I needed, but they directed me to where I needed to go! Awesome customer service!

  Had to grab some parts for a last minute project and this was the closest open place. Being a newer store, it was well stocked and clean. The team members were welcoming and we saw may being as helpful as possible with other customers. The store has almost everything we needed in stock and easy to locate, a benefit of the big box stores. The items that they didn't have was not surprising as they were kinda off the wall parts. Heck, the pro desk was open at 7pm, which is a shock as most shut down at 5-6pm. They were pleasant about helping us make our purchase and made it easy, quick process. We are not big fans of big box stores, yet this one has opened our minds a little to at least use them when we need materials. Good job to the evening team for doing a great job!

  Impossible to get help over the phone and the agent who answered the first time was incredibly rude
