The sales process was extremely high-pressure, pushing hard for a deposit while making representations that later turned out not to be true. When the issue was raised, the response was essentially to point to “fine print” instead of taking responsibility for what was said during the sale.

I went in there thinking I wanted one thing and after talking to her, she actually helped me pick the couch of my dreams! Of course the furniture is so comfy and the fabric options are lovely. La-z-boy is truly unmatched! Kianas though is what sealed the deal for us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent, and genuine. Answered all my questions, helped me sort out my thoughts, and really listened to what I wanted to help me find the perfect fit.
