He told me he’d contact me in a couple of weeks to update me on delivery but never heard from him again. When delivery was set up, I requested morning delivery because I had an appointment in the afternoon. When they called the day before delivery, they gave me a three hour window of 1-4pm. When I said I wanted to reschedule, they said there would be a 10% charge to change it. That’s 10% of a $3,200 chair. That’s ridiculous. I’ve had a La-Z-Boy chair for the last 35 years but I will never do business with them again.

So Natasha texted me photos of the chairs they had in stock, we picked one and paid for it, and we will be picking it up on Black Friday on our way thru! Excellent customer service! Would recommend them to anyone!
