We waited in line for 20 minutes and it was finally our turn and they put out a sign on the counter that said "Register closed." the manager explained they had to switch out cashiers and it would take another 15 minutes or we can find another line and wait all over again. We left without making a purchase. I understand staffing issues happen, but closing a register right as a customer reaches the front of the line without offering an immediate solution felt very frustrating and inconsiderate.
