  Let me just say, Mrs.Liz is absolutely AMAZING!!! I got lucky and had the pleasure of her helping me in the fabric/sewing department (normally at the register) and she was stellar! I’ve never had anyone truly help me the way she did, I left feeling so inspired and completely equip for my project !! Mrs.Liz went above and far beyond and made my trip in simply delightful. Mrs.Liz if you are reading this, thank you for your guidance and inspiration you have my utmost appreciation 💝!

  There seasonal section is amazing! The deals are great. The lines might be long sometimes but they seem to be pretty quick!

  I strongly dislike coming here recently. Every time I get help at fabric when Liz is working she is not helpful and dismissive. She tells me to hush when I’m trying to ask a question and overall just makes the experience awful. I have also been rang up by her before and made returns with her. She is super unapproachable and rude to customers AND employees. This needs to stop!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Hobby Lobby in Pooler today around 3:00 pm while getting fabric cut. The employee who assisted me, Elizabeth, who goes by Liz, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional from the start. When I asked where the felt section was, her response was dismissive and rude. She told me it was “over there in the corner” and said I could go find it myself, with no effort to help or even point clearly. Shortly after, a young male employee came over and kindly offered to help me. Instead of appreciating that a coworker was stepping in to assist a customer, Liz stopped him and scolded him in front of me, saying it was disrespectful and inappropriate for him to interrupt her conversation. This was uncomfortable to witness and completely uncalled for. The young man was polite, professional, and clearly just trying to help, unlike Liz, who showed no interest in customer service at all. Liz spoke back, disregarded my questions, and treated both me and her coworker with clear disrespect. She showed little to no knowledge of what she was doing and no willingness to assist. Watching an employee who genuinely wanted to help get shut down so harshly was frustrating and disappointing. Customer service matters, especially in a store where assistance is often needed. This interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessary. I hope management addresses this behavior, because it reflects poorly on the store and discourages customers from returning.

  Went to Hobby lobby to return some damage items and fabric. It took two hours or more the cashier. Kelly didn’t know what she was doing. She called Liz and Liz ,called 3 of her coworkers questioning me about my receipt my money and receipt when I spent $100 . Liz , was the ring l Leader carrying on as if she had lost her mind that I was not supposed to have money to purchase my items she made me feel as though I was supposed to answer to her, please, as if she was the owner, but she was holding me up with my receipt, my money and I did not like it. She was so disrespectful and unprofessional Just like her coworkers, Angela manager, Richard Kelly, Patrick Teddy, this is my future customers run like hell do not shop in this place
