    Be aware. We went to the register to check out items and some rang a higher price than listed on the shelf. The associate tried to say the item was more because of being shiny. The price on the item was lower and they refused to honor their own listed price, Items are overpriced as it is but not to honor their represented price is unprofessional and unethical. Be sure to watch how they are ringing up your items.

    I usually love this store but I drove there last night from Hampton SC. It’s over an hour drive for us as we live a little more than 60 miles away but we are from a small town rural area with nothing close by and drove all the way to Pooler just to go to that store as I needed quite a few things and Online on Sunday night it says they are open till 10pm and I got there at 9:00 and the man was locking the door saying they are closing. I said it says online yall are open today until 10 on Sunday and he said I know it’s wrong online 🤷‍♂️ that is a lot of time and gas money especially in the vehicle I drove since I was planning on getting a good bit and all for a wasted trip. At least update your store hours online so people don’t waste their time and money. Thank you

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
