    I have had the most frustrating and ridiculous experience getting everything I bought. Got a sectional with 2 seats that recline. Fedex lost half of the cushions so I had a chair instead of a couch for over a month. Got the replacement and then opened the reclining mechanism box to find I got a lemon, and couldn't even finish putting it all together because it literally wouldn't fit into place because of a bent metal bracket where the seat cover goes on. For some reason the property I live at doesn't accept FedEx to deliver directly here or pick up from here even though they can absolutely get over to the building I live at. To this point I still have not been compensated for all of the hassle. Sure do enjoy my new couch over my old one, but if this company is going to outsource all the delivery to FedEx then they are completely responsible for all the shortcomings of FedEx. At the least they should be more transparent in the address they are shipping stuff to, communicate better, and let you clearly deliniate mailing and billing addresses in your account online. If you get one of these, you better hope and pray you get all of your parts without either FedEx losing something, or getting lemons that have manufacturing defects.

    The associates in the PTC showroom are amazing! Outstanding service! At no time did we ever feel rushed. They showed us plenty of tools to help us make a decision. No doubt we will purchase again. Maybe outdoor furniture next time!
