Extra space has locked out my storage facility after only five days and now they’re telling me that they don’t have anyone to open my Facility until tomorrow, so I asked if they would credit me the 24 hours that they are choosing to lock out my facility and they said no they don’t do that so if you’re looking for a good customer service experience, you will not find that at extra space storage Now, if they decide to credit me 24 hours that they have my facility locked up then I can delete this review otherwise sorry Charlie it’s a one star for you
