I typically don’t like to leave reviews, but I’ve been shopping at this Lowe’s for the last 15 to 20 years and I’ve made multiple large purchases here. I came in this evening looking to purchase a stove top as well as a refrigerator so I asked for the manager that I usually deal with guy named Jonny very nice guy come to find out Jonny was not here and I approached the appliance desk. The sales guy Kenton looked like he was asleep behind the desk as I walked up, the other Lowe’s employee directed Kenton to help me Kenton slowly got up, looking not interested at all more frustrated that I was asking for any help or guidance. I simply asked. What kind of deals do you have I need to buy a stove top in the refrigerator he then looked at me, rolling his eyes And quickly said the prices are in the machine, sir in a uncomfortable tone of voice, I looked back and said oh I’m so sorry. I just needed help. I guess I won’t be buying these items here now that was my experience.
