They put me on hold for 10 minutes, which is a long time when you're sitting there in an aisle waiting for an answer. Finally gave up and called back and they told me it was working and ready for me. When I got there I sat in the aisle for another 20 minutes as they kept paging people, until finally they realized no one was able to help. Why do I even bother.
