- HRHolly ReevesDec 31, 20255.0Bless Michelle in customer service and returns. I had called Lowes 6 times in 24 hours to get a couple of issues fixed in regards to an order. I was on hold three separate times for a total of 1.45 hours. Got so frustrated I just drove to the Lowe's to talk face to face. Honestly, by this time I felt so upset that I was waging a warpath a little bit and thought no one could snap me back. But honestly, Michelle made it hard to even be mad. She was quick, helpful, and pleasant and even though she was standing in the freezing entryway with two coats and hand warmers, she put a smile on my face and I've left happy and satisfied. Can't forget Rod as well, who also starting the ball rolling on fixing my issues, very pleasant to talk to and he was very understanding. 10/10 for these employees!
