    I'd like to highlight Alex at this location. She went above and beyond customer service! Firstly,because she's the only employee to answer the phone out of the three local stores that I called. She also went out on the floor to visibly confirm that the curtains I am searching for were in store. Her effort is greatly appreciated! Promote and pay her accordingly!🤩

    Shauna gave me excellent customer service and walked me around the entire store as I was in the market for plants, a mattress, and clothing racks. She took her time helpong me look through selections and offered the rewards program. She was wonderful, and I want this review to be a part of her permanent employee record and for her to get a raise on her next evaluation. I mean it, I'm the customer and I say so! Thanks

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
