- ELEddie Love3 days ago1.0Absolute worst customer service. Be aware do not buy anything Craftsman or lawn mower equipment. The so called manager was of no assistance at this no location. They would not help me with my return. They told me to go through the warranty only. I will never shop at this Lowe’s or any other location. Waste of time and money, be warned to stay away from Lowe’s.

Went to Lowe’s to get a replacement, the lady that works in that department is from some island and it shows. I’ll leave that alone, she’s been there along time though, told her what I was looking for. The unit that was sold to me is pure junk, the knobs on the front panel are not legible, the backlight is really cute but if you can’t see the numbers why design and why sell them Lowes? You can do better than selling product like this, oh you can see the numbers in the dial at Lowes due to all the lighting! See pics
- BNBrett NicholsMar 19, 20261.0I went to buy mulch this morning and the outside lawn And garden gate was closed as well as the drive-through pick up area. With my bad back I loaded my 12 bag onto a flat cart and struggled to push it through the store and then back across the parking lot. I was told that the outside lawn garden was closed because it was too cold at 45°. I mean these people can sell Christmas trees in the winter and run big sales, but they don’t wanna pay employees to work inside the store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
