Pre-Announcement, this is not a shot at the in-store employees. My initial associate, Vijay did a wonderful job at helping me pick out a new washing machine. Hi, my name is Kanyon, and I live at Lullwater at Calumet in Newnan, GA. I hate leaving my girlfriend alone with strangers, especially random delivery truck drivers, because normally they want to be overbearing or sometimes even predatory to young women or women in general. Unfortunately, I had to be at work this morning before they got there. I wasn’t able to arrange a different delivery time, because up until late last night / this morning, the timeframe was from 8am-8pm, which is a huge time-gap. Despite that, I was happy with the ease of ordering the item and installation process ONLY. My girlfriend called me the SECOND your driver, Kevin left! She said he was being overly friendly, flirtatious, asking her all types of questions about her life, what her social media usernames are, if she has a boyfriend(There are pictures of both of us all over the apartment), if she had a ring yet, why not, and THEN the icing on the cake was he looked back at the order to see that her first and last name was and then proceeded to FOLLOW HER ON TIKTOK. I can not stand this level of recklessness and unprofessionalism. People need to just do their jobs and leave people alone, especially young and TAKEN women. Kevin had 0 respect for boundaries, and I would like for him and his actions to be addressed. If he reaches out to my girlfriend via her social media platforms, I will ESCALATE this EVEN FURTHER. Trust me. By the way, here’s your buddy, Kevin’s Tiktok, which I only have, because he took it upon himself to follow her. Mind you she’s small and 5’4, while “Kevin is 6’2-6’4, over 200lbs, and she was in the apartment alone with him the entire time he’s asking all his inappropriate questions.

One guy who works at the Newnan store was nice and helpful. Everyone else was rude. The lady at costumer service was extremely rude! Do yourself a favor and just go to Home Depot across the street.

Made an online order and called to confirm. Of course you can’t actually talk to someone but the automated line told me my order was ready and even confirmed the details of the order. So I drive up there and the person rudely tells me it’s not ready, so I wait in store for over an hour. They call me but I missed it because I was searching the store for a functioning men’s restroom. The Newnan store currently doesn’t have one which is great when you have a four year old. I tried to call them back the automated line kept telling me my order was ready. So I go to customer service they of course don’t know what’s going on and I have to wait for someone else. Once they come they tell me they have 3 of the 12 parts they sold me. They can refund me but it will take 3-5 days. They cant tell me what happened, when I will get the refund, or when they will get the items I needed. So I spoke with a manager who did offer to adjust the price if I repurchased but then he didn’t know when they would have more or how long it would take to ship to my house. He did offer to call the Fayetteville store but I just didn’t have more time to waste. So to recap the phone system doesn’t work, the inventory system doesn’t work, and the bathrooms don’t work.

Order something online. They said it be there the next day. Nothing. Was on my way there 2 days later and spoke to returns women and she gets 5 stars for looking it up and for helping me. Still no product. So i call on the phone 2 days later and speak to someone who was rude and she just hung up. Boy I would love to know who she was. So 2 days go by and now they have it. Usually everyone there is cordial. I find Home Depot much friendlier.
