- TJTimothy Jacks6 days ago5.0About a week ago, I stopped by the La-Z-Boy store in Newnan, GA to talk with someone about a future purchase of a recliner or loveseat. While walking around the showroom, I was greeted by the salesperson, Alistair Caldwell, who assisted me in a friendly and very professional way. Having previously purchased several La-Z-Boy furniture pieces in 2017, I was interested in purchasing an additional recliner or loveseat for my home. I wanted to match the existing line or style called the Baylor but this line is no longer available. However, a new line, the James, is very similar to the Baylor line. Also, I was able to find a sample of the leather material available that closely matched my existing furniture. Following my decision to purchase a new power recliner with headrest and lumbar features, I was able to close the sale with the friendly help of Ayanna Myles who was assisting Alistair Caldwell with this purchase. We have enjoyed our current La-Z-Boy furniture for many years now and look forward to adding another quality power recliner to our furniture group. I highly recommend the La-Z-Boy Furniture line for its durability, comfort and quality. Tim Jacks 11/18/2025

I don’t have to need a recliner every year or in every room in my home because I would be shopping there like l shop for clothes, but Tony, my sales person was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and I love working with him.
