My dad is much older and retired, and his lawn mower is something he truly takes pride in. From the start, Nick took the time to really listen — not just to make a sale, but to understand what mattered to us and why keeping that mower running meant so much to my dad. Instead of trying to sell us a new mower, Nick showed genuine care and respect by doing everything he could to help us find the right mower deck to keep the one my dad loves going strong. He went above and beyond, stayed true to his word, and even honored a discount for me as a disabled veteran — a gesture that meant more than he probably knows. Nick was sincere, honest, and kind throughout the entire process. We left feeling respected, grateful, and confident in our purchase. - JTJacob TrueloveSep 11, 20255.0**This company stands behind their work and mowers** Around mid August I purchased a used 2022 Hustler Raptor XD with around 200hrs from Campbells. Over the course of the next few weeks I kept running into issue after issue with the mower(at no fault to Campbells). When I went to go look at the mower I noticed a grinding sound, the people at Campbells said no problem we gonna fix it, they changed the pto clutch and a pulley, issue fixed, no more noise. After I got home and started mowing grass, I noticed a really loud whining sound coming from the right hydro unit, they came by and picked it up and changed the entire right side Transmission no questions asked. Got it back a week later noise is gone, all fixed. As I finished up my yard I notice that now the left hydro was now whining loud and making noise, they came back out, picked it up, and then changed the left transmission no questions asked. Just got it back today and drove it for a long while, now its all fixed. This company really stands behind the things they sell, never once did they give me the run around or any hassle and try to tell me that the noise was normal just to get out of fixing it! I can’t recommend them enough!!! They will definitely earn my business in the future, The way they handled this situation was A+++, very professional!
