    We shopped at this location for the first time. It was very neat and well organized, but different to my local store so it was a bit disorienting at first. We were shopping for rugs for our new home and the labels and bins were clear and I could find what I needed. The cashier clearly explained the return policy. It was midday midweek so I was able to get in and out quickly without long checkout line. This will be my new location so I will be back soon!

    The new custom service rep did an amazing job, but unfortunately he made a mistake and the manager scolded him in front of me and I truly do not appreciate that. I felt bad for the young gentlemen. In life we make mistakes and we learn from them, but treating them in such a way where a customer witnesses it firsthand is inappropriate and highly unacceptable. Overall the customer rep did a great job, but his manager NOT SO MUCH!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
