- DTDaniel TurnerDec 12, 20251.0I would highly recommend NOT to use Brown's pools and Spas. I had 5 leaks on my pool in the first 2 months (1 is still not fixed). The pool was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired. I have pictures of everything. My liner also started leaking again 12 months later and no one has called me back in 14 months. I have emailed and called with no results. Now I have a pool I can not use. I called and emailed Kim at the Newnan location and nothing. Would have given a zero but 1 was the lowest. I have all the emails and pictures. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM. $8000 wasted. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

EVERYTHING she has told us has been an excuse or a lie and is ridiculously unable to get a hold of. I had to go above her head to get any true information. The gentleman we spoke to above her was great to deal with. I will NEVER DEAL with her again.
