I can honestly say if it were not for her expertise and making us feel comfortable, we may not have made the purchase. She went above and beyond. Even when she went to lunch she was sure to inform her coworkers what to do if we came back and she was not present. She continued her search for our fridge even after we left to make sure we got the best. Thank you so much Talayna!

Tony was very helpful from start to finish. He helped us measure and compare units to assure we made the right decisions about which washer would best fit our needs. He made sure we had everything we required to connect the unit. Things I hadn't even thought of. GREAT experience!!! Thank you Tony.

- ASALEXA SMITHJan 5, 20262.0I purchased a washer from this store 1/14/24 thank God I purchased the service plan.Because the washer had to be serviced within the first week of me using/having it.It would have been more convenient for them to just replace it, but that wasn't an option .I had to have this washer serviced multiple times and they still won't replace it, just keep sending inexperienced repair techs for me to keep having issues with their product.I thought Lowe's was a stand-up company but apparently not.Because I wouldn't want my customers to be constantly inconvenienced for a washer that's barely 2years old.
