Kyle at the Monroe ga store is very unprofessional. Spoke to him since March and said he didn't need Power of attorney papers . Now that my grandmother is in nursing home he lied and said he removed her card from auto draft. WHICH SHE ONLY HAD A FEW PAYMENY LEFT. SAID IT WAS TO OLD TO RETURN SO I SAID DO WHATEVER YALL HAVE TO DO BUT DO NOT TAKE IT OUT OF HER ACCT. I CALLED 3X IN NOV . NOV 18TH LAST CALL TO KYLE TO MAKE SURE HER CARD WAS DELETED OUT OF SYSTEM. KYLE SAID OK ITS DONE. I SAID OK SO PAYMENT WILL NOT COME OUT HE SAID NO I REMOVED IT. I SAID OK JUST CHECKING CAUSE THE STATE GETS HER CHECK AND I CANT PAY IT. HE SAID AGAIN ITS REMOVED. Dec 3 the payment was taken out again after he lied and said it wouldn't be. Avoids phone calls and now that I'm pissed he uses the excuse of poa papers which I already tried to give them in March which he said no need. Then hangs up on me. I have called corporate on Wednesday @12:54 still no call back

Kyle Butler is an extraordinary knowledgeable, helpful and honest employee and I would not recommend going anywhere other than this location and dealing with mr. Butler who has an extremely candid way about him and is a great person and a great employee and someone you definitely want to know and deal with as you know you're getting a good honest deal from a good honest person. When you visit this location definitely ask for mr. Kyle Butler, he won't do you wrong!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
