I asked them to please not do it that way, I asked again when they came back finishing everything. They never changed it, just didnt care. For two years the draining of the pool has left a mud area with in our fenced in backyard. Our dog gets in it, then tracks it inside for us to clean up. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Someone came out to my home and completed an assessment and I was told that I would receive an email with quotes for the work. I have not received an email nor has anyone from the company reached out to me regarding prices for the work. I have contacted Pamlico on three separate occasions and each time the receptionist told me that I would receive the email quickly and my email address was confirmed. If my business was not wanted I wish someone would have told me. I was really looking forward to doing business with Pamlico, but I will take my business elsewhere.
