Horrible service. We bought a dishwasher and were told it would be installed the next day by the sales associate. After three days, we finally received a message that it could be installed after 11 days. I went to the store to cancel the delivery and just take it home and install it myself. Processing the refund took an hour and the manager wanted me to call a third party company that they apparently use, which was weird as there was no mention of this company until after I’d paid at Lowe’s.
I was then told it would take 10+ days for the refund to get to me.
The manager never apologized for anything despite this whole mess came about from the sales associates just making stuff up to get a sale.

Nice staff and a great selection of tools and building supplies, just wish the layout was different so stuff wasn't in the middle of the walkways so only 1 cart could fit at a time.
