Probably the worst managed Lowe’s I have been too. Hardware area was a mess. Every bin I looked in was full of empty bags like? Employees and management just stand and stare until you ask for help, then they act bothered you asked them.

Long time Lowe's customer, and long winded, subject Husqvarna backpack 150bt purchased 9/22/25 today 10/28/25, went to Lowe's with blower, reason after several use blower would slow down and not get full throttle, blower actually burned the coil boot, now useless less than 90 days. On 10/23/25 email from Lowe's protection time is running out for Lowe's protection on your recent purchase, me in panic mode now several weeks of not blowing my yard, I did what I would never do? Purchased the plan $64.00 for three years, perfect now I can get it repaired or replace? People let me explain 👈🏿 new purchases comes with manufacter warranty, some one year others two years depending on the purchase? Well...after replacing the coil on blower enter Lowe's customer service wondering how it's going to go base on previous returns? Found out that three years Lowe's protection plan was not effective, until the two years manufacturing warranty is up, I finally got in touch and getting a refund, no help due to customer service, since February 2025 I have spent $1042, on three blowers two from Lowe's the craftsman $259, then the Husqvarna $399, then a $384 Husqvarna 180 from local dealer in milledgeville, the craftsman I gave away I could blow harder than that thing, also last year new craftsman 42 riding mower sept 2024, weak battery, deck mis-align right today, people especially men who understand the mechanics of outdoor equipment, please Google search the equipment, which is a after fact for me, I'm the guy if I get a good year of trouble free use on anything I buy new, I'm a happy camper, buy outdoor equipment from local dealers, less hassle, and you can easily return it to them, Lowe's is the middle man on lawn and garden, and will dance around like fred Astaire, on return items. Lowe's not saying it's your fault but when customers service fails the customer 👈🏿 always saying call corporate, you lose that vote of confidence, our time traveling in my case 25 miles each way, I will now purchase lawn and garden from local manufacturer.

It pretty much like every other lowes. My only issue is the took the halloween decorations down wat to early. Christmas is not the only holiday that matters.
