Great experience at Lowe’s. The store is clean, well stocked, and easy to find what I need. The employees are super nice and actually helpful, which makes a big difference. I definitely prefer shopping here over Home Depot. Will keep coming back.

Horrible service. We bought a dishwasher and were told it would be installed the next day by the sales associate. After three days, we finally received a message that it could be installed after 11 days. I went to the store to cancel the delivery and just take it home and install it myself. Processing the refund took an hour and the manager wanted me to call a third party company that they apparently use, which was weird as there was no mention of this company until after I’d paid at Lowe’s.
I was then told it would take 10+ days for the refund to get to me.
The manager never apologized for anything despite this whole mess came about from the sales associates just making stuff up to get a sale.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
