    I have been shopping at this Lowe’s for years. I’ve never needed assistance until now. When I walked in, two employees were talking and I had to wait for them to finish the conversation. I asked how lumber cutting worked and they just pointed in a general direction. When I asked what they meant, the just gestured again. The lady at the pro desk was very nice and directed me. The man cutting lumber was also very nice, but he did not understand the cuts I needed even when I showed him diagrams and dimensions. They were just regular straight cuts. I’m disappointed and don’t know if I will be returning.

    I was lost looking for a sink and faucet and Kira seen my frustration and help me and ask detail questions to make sure I bought the correct sink so I didn't have to come back. Thanks for helping me and going out your way to listen and care ☺️

    On yesterday night, l received the most amazing service by Joel helping me pick out the perfect tree for Christmas him and Dazjan blessed us tremendously for the holidays. God always provides when you need him the most these 2 gentlemen greeted us and gave us the best Lowe's experience that anyone could ever have received and the looks on my children's faces when we placed it in the tree stand and it was placed had my in tears l truly thank these young men they need a raise for the great quality care they give day in and day out they are truly amazing and made our night. If you need a tree stop by Lowe's this Holiday Season and tell them Nittaya Everheart with The Everheart Family with the trio "My Three Daughters" sent you.

    Deleted and reposted this. I got a seemingly nice reply here. directing me to call a number. Another Customer No Service. No clue why I called, what I called about, or what to do about it. Totally useless. Honestly, Lowe's has gone from bad to worse. I have two antique mirrors that were broken. Called this store twice to ask if they provided this service. On hold forever, transferred to two different departments and when I explained my need, they both actually hung up on me without a word. Called Corporate NO service. They actually called the store and told me this store does not cut mirrors. Corporate suggested I call other stores. Called Stockbridge and was told their glass cutter was down. They suggested I call Fayetteville. I did and was told that yes,they cut mirrors if I buy the mirror there. Aiske 50. No problem. Today, my wife and I drove to Fayetteville, normally 30 minutes. Due to road work, 45 today. Went to store, directly to Aisle 50 where a very rude jerk told us they do not cut mirrors. I explained my calls the day before and it is glass. No interest, just dismissed me. Headed to front. Nice lady asked if we found everything. Explained we did not and she offered to call manager. Waited several minutes and she pointed to a lady by the mirrors. She was with a customer. Saw us. Finished with customer and walked off with nary a word. Wonderful service, NOT. We had planned on looking at a combination gas/charcoal grill my wife wants. Guess what? Home Depot here we come. And if Corporate NO Service wants mme to contact them, provide a better way than Corporate NO Service number where you get list in the abyss.

    This store is just BAD!!!!!!! I recently bought 4 rental properties and just have always liked Lowe’s especially back home in Michigan my mom loves them with her business. . But Lowe’s in McDonough has really changed my outlook I went here 2 weeks ago to purchase a bunch of things I needed some GFCI outlets it took me over ten minutes to find some one to ask where they where when I did I found Shawn and it took him every bit of 15 min to get the Lowe’s hand held device out and look the item up 25 minuets in total to get a STORE employee to find something where they work is CRAZY Still decided to give them a chance just with pick up trying to avoid bad experience Places a order Wednesday selected pick up checked the hours before as I was going to be picking the order up after work store hours 6am-10pm get on my app to select headed to store at 853 I pull up to the store after being allowed to check in at 901 my app tells me go in stop I go in well try to go in but store is closed all the sudden Lowe’s has changed its hours from 10pm-9pm but never changed the app or Google I am meet by the manger Maney who says hey we close at 9 u will have to come back Friday morning to get the order since lucky me Thursday is thanksgiving still have plain clothes people in the store could not be a good manger and scan my phone and hand me my 3 items in bag on the other side of the door I think with these properties my money would just be spent better at Home Depot or locally owned mom and pop shops who care go above and beyond not change hours unexpectedly who know where there items are stocked
